PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from Phantom Entertainment’s Customer Care Team Member and is required for ALL returns.
Upon receiving a request, a Customer Care Team Member will issue an RMA# and return instructions. Merchandise MUST be returned within seven (7) business days of the issuance of the RMA#. RMA’s will expire on the 16th business day after issuance and are non-renewable. An RMA will only be issued once per product.
All RMA’s received after the expiry date are void and non-renewable. A tracking number will be requested as proof that product was shipped prior to expiry date of the RMA. Product Refunds and Replacements will NOT be granted if shipped after the Expiry Date.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PHANTOM ENTERTAINMENT’S RETURNS POLICY MAY RESULT IN DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
Return for Refund
A request for an RMA# for a RETURN FOR REFUND MUST be submitted online at http://www.phantom.net/content/contactUs. Please fill out the web form with all of the required information stated below. Please indicate "RMA REQUEST" in the department selection. RMA#’s can not be issued via telephone.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You may return items purchased through Phantom Entertainment’s Webstore, within thirty (30) days of shipment, for a full refund excluding shipping and handling costs.
Phantom Entertainment is responsible for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error.
We cannot accept returns of items such as:
• Any items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any items that are not in their original condition with all warranties, user guides, CDs, terms and conditions, keyset overlays (if applicable)
• Any items that are damaged
• Any items that are missing parts
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale. Every effort will be made to process your claim quickly. Please allow 14 – 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return for Product Replacement
To request a RETURN FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT a support request MUST be received and evaluated by a Customer Care Team Member to determine if the product is defective. If Phantom Entertainment’s Customer Care Team Member identifies product as defective they will issue an RMA#. Once the defective product has been received by Phantom Entertainment a replacement item/s will be shipped. RMA#’s can not be issued via telephone.
Phantom Entertainment is responsible for return shipping charges for all defective products.
We cannot replace items that have exceeded the Phantom Entertainment’s product warranty period.
